Business Transfers: In the event of a business transaction (e.g., merger or sale), your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

4. Use of AI Tools

We use artificial intelligence tools from two providers to help us run our business:

• Website chat assistant: our website chat is powered by Dante AI, using OpenAI’s ChatGPT technology, to answer enquiries about our properties and investment services. Messages you send through the chat may be processed by Dante AI and, in turn, by OpenAI, L.L.C.
• Internal business tools: our team uses Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s ChatGPT, on business-tier accounts, to help process client records, draft correspondence, and automate administrative and CRM-related tasks that were previously done manually. These tools support our staff in carrying out these tasks; they are not used to make decisions about you or your application. In particular, our AI tools are not used to carry out or determine the outcome of anti-money laundering (AML) or client due diligence checks — these are always carried out and decided by a member of our team.
• Building internal tools: our staff also use these AI tools to help build and maintain internal efficiency tools and automations for our own business processes. Your personal data may pass through these internal tools as part of our normal business operations, but the tools are not used to train any AI model on your data, and nothing built this way is customer-facing or used to make decisions about you.

We have Data Processing Agreements in place with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Dante AI, and with our customer relationship management (Zoho) and cloud storage (Microsoft 365/SharePoint) providers named in Section 3, setting out how each may process personal data on our behalf.

Model training. We use business-tier accounts with Anthropic and OpenAI, under which your data is not used to train their underlying AI models.

International transfers. Anthropic and OpenAI are based in the United States, and messages sent through our website chat are also processed by OpenAI as part of Dante AI’s service. Personal data transferred to these providers is protected under Data Processing Agreements incorporating the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and, where applicable, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and a Swiss addendum), giving it a standard of protection equivalent to that required under UK GDPR. Our Zoho CRM is hosted in the EU, and Microsoft 365/SharePoint data is processed and stored within the EU under Microsoft’s EU Data Boundary commitment, with any residual transfers similarly covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.

5. Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, as no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
