Dr. Tariq
Mohammed
A doctor, entrepreneur and property specialist, Dr. Tariq has spent more than 18 years building a family-run business around one clear idea: make UK property ownership simpler, safer and more accessible for clients worldwide.
Dr. Tariq graduated from Manchester Medical School in 1982 and became a Consultant Child Specialist for the NHS.
While still practising as a doctor, he co-founded Time Computers, which grew into one of the UK’s largest PC manufacturers, supplying Tesco and Asda as well as their own retail brands.
He was behind major campaigns like The Time Machine with Star Trek’s Leonard Nimoy (Mr Spock), as well as sponsoring former Premier League and League Cup Champions in the early 2000s.
For the past 16 years, he’s led the family-run property business, now driven by his children and their team. Still hands-on with client engagement, strategy and marketing, he’s also masterminded their 7 appearances on BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer.

Dr. Sadia Mohammed
Dr. Sadia holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Manchester, and began her career in biotechnology, working on drug discovery. Her interest in people development led her to complete a CIPD qualification in Learning & Development.
Since joining the family business in 2017, she has been instrumental in driving sales and strategic growth. Now a Group Director, she brings scientific thinking, commercial insight, and a passion for continuous improvement to shaping the company’s future.

Rafia Mohammed
Rafia earned a BSc (Hons) in Psychology in 2011 and a Graduate Diploma in Law in 2012. After starting in Human Resources, she joined the family business in 2016, scaling operations across lettings, conveyancing, HR, maintenance, and renovations.
Building the infrastructure that supports smooth property maintenance and renovations, Rafia is a Group Director – driving progression by coaching senior managers and embedding a culture of continuous development with operational excellence across the company.

Hashim Mohammed
Hashim graduated with a BSc in Business and became involved in the family business while still studying at university. From its earliest days, he played a hands-on role in helping establish the core systems and infrastructure that underpin the company’s operations today.
As a Group Director, Hashim oversees key departments including IT, Property Buying, and Conveyancing. His structured approach and problem-solving mindset continue to support the company’s steady growth and operational efficiency.
