Better than the open market

What makes Find UK Property different

Our investment model works because we move faster than the traditional process of buying and selling property. With a constantly moving pipeline of newly purchased and renovated stock, our process is unique.

Reserve & select

Reservation fixes the property price and gives certainty of ownership. Selection is easy, from detailed property sheets covering a list of suitable, renovated houses.

Facilitated buying process

Contractually assured on the property itself and on the buying process, including searches and titles — so you buy directly and get Land Registry ownership quickly.

No mortgages

Up-front mortgages add uncertainty and cause delays. Low-cost houses bought with cash, and our 2-step process, work out cheaper and quicker.

Property guarantee

Long-term property guarantees, plus detailed photography, remove the need for viewings and surveys that would otherwise delay the process.

Buy back option

If you need to resell, we will offer to buy your property back after the initial three-year period, at the full prevailing market price.

Post-purchase support

Tax filing, wills and services for non-residents. We are here for every aspect of your UK property investment.

Total cost of ownership

Find UK Property vs estate agents

Getting a property up to a decent, rentable standard can often cost more time and money than first-time investors expect. Buying a property below market value means greater renovation costs — and that can mean lost time and money compared with purchasing our tenanted, contractually guaranteed properties.

Whatever condition of property you start with on the open market, the total cost of getting it to a good, rentable standard comes out higher than buying fully renovated and guaranteed from us.

*Unfurnished properties pay 6% net rent for 3 years, then reduce to 5% net rent. This is because they require a lower initial investment than our flexi-furnished range.

Net rent, not gross rent

What actually reaches you over ten years

The same house, let three ways through an agent and once through us. Agents quote a higher headline rent, then every fee, void, repair and tenant loss comes off it.
