Eight property types, one guarantee
Rent is a fixed 7% of price, so pick any investment property type within your budget. All are Flexi-Furnished and Freehold.
Non-UK residents pay an additional 2% stamp duty. Unfurnished homes cost £6k–£8k less and pay 6% net rent for 3 years. Prices are for standard North East houses; North West is +£10,000 with proportionally higher rent. Pay £3,000 at reservation, the balance at completion.

You buy the property, then rent it directly to us. You keep full ownership and control as a completely passive investor.
Furnished to maximise your rent
We furnish each home to suit our tenants, which lets us maximise rent and guarantee you a higher 7% net return for a minimum of five years.
