“Every day starts with checking our team communication channels and assessing the status of all ongoing jobs—plumbing, electrical, roofing, and more. I also review renovation projects, flag what needs attention, and make sure we’re working within budget.”

“It’s about knowing what’s critical” Ashley adds. “Emergency issues like power or water loss are handled within 24 hours. Less urgent issues are investigated promptly then scheduled appropriately.”

“We follow up regularly,” says Panrawee. “We make sure there’s clear communication, keep everyone updated, and ensure the work is completed to standard.”
