Default Properties for 3 House Offer

The 3 agreements that we normally send out at the Reservation Stage are 2x Semi-Detached 2-Bedroom properties (Type H7 Flexi-Furnished) at £111,999 each and 1x Standard 2 Bed property (Type H2 Flexi-Furnished) at £81,999. Total deal cost £223,998 plus stamp duty and transfer costs.

However, the agreements allow clients to downgrade or upgrade each of the properties, and finalise this at time of selection of the first house – depending on their preferences, property list, and their overall budget:

  • The minimum is 2x H7 Flexi-Furnished houses and 1x H2 Flexi-Furnished house, as above.
  • The maximum is 3x H8 Flexi-Furnished houses. (Total Deal Cost £292,998 plus stamp duty and transfer costs)
 

Most clients go for a mixture of 3 different types of houses from the list.
